Spa Information/Etiquette

Reservations and Cancellations:

Please book your spa appointment in advance. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. I require 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50 percent of the scheduled service.  Note: The service times listed on the web site are approximate.

So that you and our other guests can enjoy your spa day with us, I kindly ask that you make arrangements for your children on the day of your visit. I will be happy to reschedule your appointment should you arrive with your child.

All spa guests must be 18 or older to schedule a treatment. Younger guests will need to have a parent present for their treatment.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late to an appointment will be rescheduled.

Before Your Treatment

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to check in, fill out a health history form, and get acquainted.  Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes during your spa treatment.

To prevent distraction during your treatment, please refrain from cell phone use.
We recommend you drink plenty of water before and after your treatment. Herbal teas and Spa water are available upon request
